I don't know whether to cry or jump for joy. T's discharge date from Vancouver is March 16th. After the dreaded "team meeting" (at least it was in Roseburg), the team decided that Bob would benefit from an extended three weeks. That makes me want to cry, but then again, only those that are deemed "worthy" of progressing are granted an extended stay. First, a patient has to be accepted by having the potential to do well, then, an extension is granted only if the patient has the potential to do exceptionally well. So, I guess I should jump for joy; however, I want to cry. He's so far away. I can't see him everyday as usual.
I took the time, today, to finish writing an article that I'm going to submit for publishing in Newsweek. Wish me luck. Newsweek get hundreds of submissions a month and only four are published. Heavenly Father, I choose to trust You. I cast my cares on You. I give You my plans, dreams, and desires for the future. Thank You for working behind the scenes on my behalf. Give me Your peace as I wait patiently to see Your plan unfold. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
