Finally, we revived the wii, hoping to make it a daily habit. Both, Bob and I need to gain muscular strength, flexibility, and endurance. Daggone computers, though. It remembered when we were last logged on, how much we weighed, and what our body mass index was. The sad thing was, we were last on 603 days ago. The good thing is, I lost 17 pounds and Bob lost 41 pounds; which brought both of our BMI's down significantly. That's a little motivating for me to keep going.
Another sad thing was the duration of our workout today. We both survived a whopping five minutes. We looked like we worked out for hours. I felt like I worked out for hours. Hey, it's a start.
I haven't noticed any effects yet from my new medication that was just approved in March by the FDA.
