Today wasn't a great day. Not anything medical was wrong, but, Bob and I are having to face making decisions about things we didn't think we would have to face for years to come. God always makes things happen for a reason, so now we need to figure it out. Keep us in your prayers that we see what the plan might be. Maybe it's to keep the pace slow, and not, get into the "rat race" again. Maybe it's to switch "gears" completely. Who knows? Maybe, Bob and I both need to work on ourselves physically by exercising, and becoming as fit as possible.
