One minute I'm carrying on an intelligent conversation with Bob, then the next minute he says something off the wall that it's so silly, he makes me laugh. For example, Zachary swallowed a guitar pick tonight. (yeah...he's 14 years old) He told Bob this on the phone. Bob laughed at him. Bob asked me if Zachary took something to counteract the effects. Then, he talked about how nice the beach was where we were staying and that we were doing the best we could to get clothes together with the small group we had. Hey...I try to connect the dots. Sometimes, his conversations come from what he heard on his roommate's TV, and sometimes, they stem from an overheard conversation from people in the hall. Gotta love him though. He's my t!
I'm doing testing on a student in the morning. I told t I'll be late coming in to see him. His response was, "Let me know where you'll be hanging out, I'll come hang out too." He's so cute :-)

A prayer of healing and strength:
Dear God, Use every event in my life, even my present circumstance, to work within me to bring healing of body, mind, soul, spirit, and relationship. In every way manifest your blessing in and through my life. Amen.

Many waterfalls in the USA are not accessible by wheelchair. Bob, my husband, and I are traveling the USA to search for waterfalls accessible by wheels (wheelchairs, bikes, strollers).
Welcome note
When my husband and I set out to find and take pictures of wheelchair accessible waterfalls in every U.S. state, we were excited about the challenge. We gave ourselves no time limit to accomplish our feat; however, we had one mutually agreed upon rule that dictated how long we would stay in any given area. That rule was to never shiver again. Needless to say, adhering to this rule presented a new challenge. The new challenge was to find a waterfall that was actually flowing. Visiting mid-west and eastern states during months that prevented us from shivering are the same months that are hot enough to dry up streams; hence, little or no water flow for waterfalls. The natural scenery and picturesque landscapes warrant a second visit in the early spring right after the snow melts.
