Welcome note

When my husband and I set out to find and take pictures of wheelchair accessible waterfalls in every U.S. state, we were excited about the challenge. We gave ourselves no time limit to accomplish our feat; however, we had one mutually agreed upon rule that dictated how long we would stay in any given area. That rule was to never shiver again. Needless to say, adhering to this rule presented a new challenge. The new challenge was to find a waterfall that was actually flowing. Visiting mid-west and eastern states during months that prevented us from shivering are the same months that are hot enough to dry up streams; hence, little or no water flow for waterfalls. The natural scenery and picturesque landscapes warrant a second visit in the early spring right after the snow melts.

Calm? Who's calm?

PARTY: 1. You are invited to our house Saturday, March 20 at 2pm - whenever for a Welcome Home party for Bob.
2.There will also be a one-year Survival Party, May 29th for those who need more time to plan. That is Memorial weekend, so you'll have a four-day weekend. More details will be coming.
One would think that I would be getting calmer the closer the coming home date is for my t. Nope! I'm running out of time to get things done. I feel like I did when I was getting close to my due dates when I was pregnant with my kids. Projects need done. The only thing missing is the boost of energy you get from "nesting". I'll take my own advise that I gave t...zip zip zippy, zap zap zappy, h, a, p-p-y, I'm, happy!
Bob is doing well. Speaking to him on the phone, he sounds to be in good spirits. I'm going for a visit tomorrow. That will make both of our days.

A PRAYER FOR TODAY
Heavenly Father, thank You for the good future that You have prepared for me. Today I choose to come into agreement with Your Word and declare Your blessing over my life. Keep me close to You as I surrender every area of my life to You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
